Thanks for all of the kind purse comments. The flower purse has now joined the change purse at the shop for display. Here's what is going on now:
1. Change Purse
There are a few more rows to go on the change purse, but it's on hold until I get some more yarn.
2. Class Scarf
I've started the scarf for Sunday's class, but it's not the fastest project. One of the things we're working on this week is changing yarn and weaving in ends, so they'll be making a striped scarf. They have to change yarn at the end of every row, but by the time they've finished this project, they'll be yarn changing pros. I have a few more rows to go before it will really line up, behave, and look like a scarf.
3. Bedroom Shoes
I also picked up the yarn for the bedroom shoes.
I like the yarn you're using for the change purse. It's nice of you to make one for Liz. How hard is it to put the zipper in? I'd like to try making one.
How many people are in your crochet class? When did it start? Do you give them a different project each week? Lucky them to have you for a teacher with all the crochet experience you have.
Still thinking about June. I need to talk to Tim about it, but things have been so busy. We're having Megan's 16th birthday party today because we have to be in Savannah next weekend for All-State band.
