Spring Fling Finished
Just in time for ... fall
It took over a year but she's finally finished.
Mwah- kiss this WIP goodbye!
The pattern is free here and I used Rowan wool cotton. After a year between the knitting and the seaming, the other details are a bit hazy. I think I made the small size, and I think it took 6 skeins. If I were to make this again, I'd go up a size.
Here are the kids post cookie making.
Poor Joshua. I was making pancakes, and he stuck his beater in the wrong bowl. One taste of the batter and he was done.
Blech! Pancake batter instead of cookie dough? Poor kid. Spring Fling looks great!

Posted by: debbie at September 19, 2006 01:06 AMHow lucky you are so tiny to be able to wear something that cute. Charlotte and Joshua look so cute, as always and I think you will have to make more cookies so Joshua gets over the pancake batter incident.
Posted by: Sue at September 19, 2006 05:35 PMHey, Hot Momma! Your FO is so cute on you!
Pancake batter, eh? A few chocolate chips could help. =)
Posted by: Rossana at September 19, 2006 09:25 PMVery cute. I tend to do that too, finish an item just before the season for it changes. At least it'll be adorable for next year, or warm buildings.
