Yarn Diet: Week 1
This week's progress:
5 medium sized Critter Knitter blankets
45 more FOs to go
The latest temptation: a new Cottonease source
Harry is temporarily on hold while I work on a Collinette Ab Fab Scallops throw in Blue Rhapsody. Here it is, one repeat in.
This is a gift for a wedding later this month.
you're doing good on your 'diet' and finished projects - i'm inspired to buckle down and finish some (mostly sock) projects too!
Posted by: debbie at June 6, 2006 02:24 AMI have a lot of unfinished socks too. Time to resurrect UFO Mondays. The throw looks lovely and its a gorgeous pattern. Is this knit or crochet?
Posted by: Bev at June 6, 2006 08:53 AMWow. An ab fab kit for a wedding present. That is some present. I saw one "in the fiber" the other day. Swoon. Great diet work.
Posted by: Holly Jo at June 6, 2006 11:37 AMWhat's the new Cotton Ease source??? I think I've got you beat with the number of FOs I need to complete before I knit the stash down.
Posted by: monica at June 6, 2006 11:40 AMThe AB Fab is gorgeous. Of course everytime I think of that project, or see someone is doing it, all I can think of are abdominal workouts.
Posted by: Rebekah at June 6, 2006 12:45 PMYou're off to a great start on your 50 FO summer goal! I'm curious too - what is your new Cotton Ease source?
